Deng was more than likely taking a backseat to the kids and their progression. He's also down like 6 minutes per game. But we're talking about a dude who had a gang of games where he'd only take 5 or 6 shots during the 1st month of the season, and now both his minutes and shots are up. Of course Nance and Black have been out, so the opportunities and the need for him to do more is there.
Yikes. Team sucks but better than last year so that's good. Honestly though have there been 2 worse signings in terms of production, years and money than deng and mozgov? Take these 2 off the team and literally we lose nothing. And to think we got years left with those 2. Only huge negative I see in our future because those ceilings are only falling. But I guess veteran leadership.

Pretty much it. A bunch of close, but no cigar games where they could've used an experienced winner/closer type to get them over the hump. Will they ever be good enough attract that player? Will one of the kids turn into that player? Or will they have to trade DLo and/or Clarkson to get him? Basically what that whole article was about, link I posted a while back. Until they do get that player, some defense would be nice
