either way is fine with me
but imagine if we start in ny and take the first two games...
What it comes down to for me is we have Don Mattingly as our manager...I'll take any advantage we can get.
Outside of that, the one split that sorta stands out to me is that Howie's hit better at home.
I think we have the biggest home/road winning percentage difference in the majors.
He has a good voice and a decent understanding of the game. But you nailed it. He tries to hard. It's like every sentence that comes our of his mouth is carefully crafted. "This afternoon" instead of "today" all the time. "Opposite side of the scorecard " ugh
everything he says seems contrived, even disingenuous
My goodness. Rangers blow it
The Angels comeback here is insane.
Heard that too. I like him on IT when he subs for Rose but he makes bizzare calls with PBP.
In case BLF sees this!!!
God forbid he sees it mate.. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Good point. With those first 2 at home we don't have to worry about any of that "no closer unless leading" BS in extras should it get there.
Not sure if this was already posted but this is the first I'm hearing of it
And obviously... WE WINNIN THE SHIPPIN SHHHHHIIIIIPPPPPP!!!
Jimmy Rollins confirmed Friday that the Dodgers have decided to roll with rookie Corey Seager at shortstop for the postseason.
Rollins noted, "We had a conversation and that's the way it was said: 'We're going to go with the kid. That's the lineup we feel is best.'" The 21-year-old phenom has been outstanding in his limited time with the big league club, slashing .316/.404/.516 with three homers and 16 RBI in 95 at-bats. Oct 3 - 9:12 AM

Props to J-roll.. he's a real stand up guy. Tell your boy Utley to go take an early vacation tho!
"Either you're selfish or you're a man of your word," Rollins said. "If you say it's about the team, then when the situation isn't necessarily in your favor, you shouldn't change. I'm not going to change." - J. Rollins
We finna win the ship mostly because of this guy and his bananas! haha:kike:
Why do I feel like he is going to have some key moment this postseason?
J-roll?? Not %100 sure but I think he owns the Mets so maybe he has a huge pinch hit in the series or some amazing defensive play to save a game?
Mad Max. 2 no hitters? Miraculous
OK ...you've posted it maybe 20 times...WTF does "finna" mean?
Is it a some obscure form of "finally"??
This is part of why America is becoming so damn lazy and stupid. Dumbing it down. I say that in regards to the people that constantly use it.
