Yeah there's this misguided notion that only whites are acting racist
when evidence of open racism are nearly everywhere in each culture

the blacks in their own neighborhoods can be rather openly racist
but then so can latinos in some of their neighborhoods
just like whites in their neighborhood.

The only way to stop racism is to not allow it.
I'm fortunate that my long cul-d-sac has a great mix of nationalities and ALL kids play together
so the parents chill and all keep an eye out for everyones kids whatever their skin color.
