I know that alone seems like a deal. Shopping for produce there is for like if you need 2 potato or 1 banana.
I think its good times. And the lager is tolerable if its cold. The pilsner is undrinkable in any circumstances.
SC doesn't feel good about his beer unless it costs $10 a sixer. never even noticed a TJ brand of beer, all i knew about was two buck chuck. but i'll try it now. maybe even today if i can get past the 24oz asahi for 2.49. love that beer.

So my sister keeps bringing this dude around that's cheated on her twice. Kid has a lot of balls coming to our family get togethers and what not. What's weird is that my family is all nice to him and it kills me. Since some of you guys are dads, I figure you can give some advice about how to handle the situation. I don't think I'll go Lynch on the kid though haha.
raising two girls my first question is what happened to her self esteem? letting people walk on you tends to be a life long problem thats hard to unlearn.
I don't think it's a self esteem issue, it's more that it's her "first love" IMO. She just can't seem to get over the guy. He's a freshman in college and she's only a junior in high school.
well i'm not passing judgement here but i can only say there would have been no way one of my girls would be dating a college kid in high school. so i'm probably not the best person to answer. but i can tell you why he acts like he can walk in whenever he wants. because he can.
Well they started talking a couple years ago when they were both in high school. Either way it still pisses me off that he's around.
i know and i'm talking like a dad. nothing much anyone can do about it. maybe her friends but not you or anyone else can say anything that will make a difference. and i've been that guy too. its one of the reasons i think the higher power gave me daughters. payback.
Maybe you and a few of your friends could throw him a blanket party. Maybe mention to him that it's time he moved on. Your sister would be heartbroken, as any teen is most of the time, but it won't be long before another guy perks her up. I know, I'm a smooth operator.
