    Went to a convention where part of it is stars- movie,TV, horror movies, B movie bimbos, etc.
    Lonnie Anderson, Priscilla Presley-people like that.
    Lots of " faded star who works in a bar, where yesterday is king" types.
    Dominick Chianese (uncle Junior on the Sopranos) was the only one there who didn't have plastic surgery, I think.
    Kinda scary.

    working in LA and going to their homes i will tell you its pretty common. fuck even the housekeepers get plastic surgery. its bizarre.
    they don't even need to be famous has beens. every once in a while i look around in public and its like aliens.

    its still pretty alarming for me to see someones face carved in an attempt to buy time.
    thats why i still love the stones. old saggy english bitches but thats how its supposed to be.
    now people with too much and no soul go after themselves w knives and portray their mental illness on their bodies.
    like a portrait in flesh who trails on a leash.
    except these freaks are no artists.
    and that still doesn't mean there isn't a border issue.

    Evidently the pastic sugery issue has brought out the poets on DSP. brilliant.
    In a way, to see it all togther in one place, under one roof, is disconcerting. There were many there that look like the Clipper's owner's gf, or whatever she is to him. There is an alien aspect to it all, and I look at my "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" poster on the wall, and it's no longer an allegory for communism as it was originally intended by the Jack Finney serial....somehow it is and has become a new life form. If you see a large sea pod, about face and motor. And don't fall asleep.
    Lonnie Anderson looks exactly like she did back in the day on WKRP in Cincinatti, exactly. Except her face does not move and it's the same expression constantly.
    I saw a huge movie poster and Charlize Theron is in it, but initially, I didn't know who she was. Then, I read the cast, and realized it was her. She is still a knockout, but she has a whole different mouth/lip thing now. It is the new form of Charlize. Charlize B.

    what if the NBA allows all Clippers to become free agents and the Lakers get Chris Paul??? Maybe Doc also resigns and they can replace D'antoni with him...
