Children are born blind in our final generations.
As adults the children are in the dark groping at walls thinking they going somewhere.
They dont say out loud 'where am i'... If they do they soon realize they are blind and naked too. Like adam and eve in their guilt.
Sin is guilt. Shame. Feeling like crap when you realize what yoi have become. Sin is less in the act but more in the consequence and self mortification of knowing what you are. What you have really done. And who you have hurt along the way.
While all the things before are also sin they are minor to the sin of feeling the weight and pressure of your sin.
That ia why we prefer to not know.
To sleep. To be lukewarm. To let ourselves die and be like a wooden log or a lump of metal. To become idle idols that dont feel that dont work that dont think too deep that can no longer fight the only good fight there is to fight.
Im sure youve seen that movie too.

We dont see the real thing.
We see the illusion. The maya thrown over our eyes like a fishermans net bringing all the new fish to their prison.
We see the shadow of reality.
And we think it to be gods.
God is not a regular noun. Its a proper verb. Its spirit in action.
And you gotta know a ton of that grammar before you can be a boon dock cleric.

An old sage was asked to explain the torah.
He said love your brother like you do yourself and love god above all things and you will be golden.
Bit the confused student asked... Then what about all the other sayings and hundreds of stories and thousands of hours spent reading the torah. What about all those otjer words in the holy book?
The rabbi answered him... The golden rule is all you need to please god and live a happy fruitfull life. The rest is just the explanation for the perplexed who miss the point/gist/mark.
