If you read posted rumors/reports and comments about interest and see all of that as Raider fans predicting that they're landing all of those players then maybe you need new glasses.

I predict the Raiders will land Terrance Knighton, Julius Thomas, and Nate Irving through free agency. That's as far as I can go. We'll probably land as a free agent fan next off-season and then cut him before camp opens.

Actually there are plenty of people that would rather see the Rams return as the LA team

San Diego deserves the Chargers and vice versa... they always had a small market mentality... Spanos is ONLY using the LA market as a wedge to get a new stadium like the Padres did.. only no one in SD seems to care for the Chargers as much so he hasn't gotten far... go figure

Oakland deserves the Raiders and vice versa... they always had and still have the hoodlum mentality which perfectly suits them.. in Oakland. Master manipulator Al Davis, and now sonny Davis are also ONLY using LA as a wedge to get a new stadium up in the gay area. They never did want anything except to fleece someone of their funds with zero intention of staying in LA. If they wanted to then they could have stayed. They didn't stay for all those known reasons so fuck'em.

I don't mind the Chargers... as long as they stay in San Diego

The Chargers have long deserved a better fan base..a broader one as well. If they really wanna make their mark, move to Toronto and just get it over with. Just burn it to hell and start new.

Just like the league prefers to keep the Raiders in the AFC west because of their historically significant rivalries, they're gonna want the Raiders to be the 2nd team in LA as well. Like it or not, the Raiders are one of 10 or so marquee brands in the NFL and the fan base is rabid regardless of the team's results. The Chargers really put a damper on the AFC west..imagine if Seattle's wild fan base rejoined the west along with Raiders/Broncos/Chiefs fans..that's how you promote the league's expansion into the west. That's their plan anyway..to move the league office to LA. They're about to cash in heavily.
