Blaming everything on coorporations is about as left-wing (and miscuided) as it gets.

Coorporations, their limited liability protections, and their undue influence on legislators are merely a symptom of government that does too much.

 

government is a corporation

 

It's the ultimate evil coorporation.

 

There is a lesson about this.

Jesus had a plan, he was to die on the cross. That was his mission, his passion, his goal in life. Satan tried to stop that from happening by tempting Jesus on the mountain offering him to rule the world together.
Like how Vader tried to turn Luke with the same offer.

Peter did the same thing without knowing it. He was part of Jesus company of companions, aka his corporation or how the ancient world called it a "Kingdom".
Peter thought Jesus was coming to be a political king and that he and the other disciples would be high ranking administrators the way Alexanders companions became upon his ascension.
So when Peter tells Jesus not to go to Jerusalem because they would capture him and crucify him he was unwittingly doing the work of Satan.
Peter (an aspirant to government/politician) wanted to "help" Jesus with sweet/soft/nice words. Words meant to break the resolute will Jesus had when faced with a difficult task.
When Jesus was preparing for his hard task he would have liked to have a friend who might help elevate his spirit in order to help overcome the anxiety associated with that kind of task.
Instead, Peter did the opposite. He tried to dissuade him from his task. The fact that Jesus loved Peter and Peter loved Jesus made it all the more problematic for Jesus.
The worst thing you can have is someone you care about trying to dissuade you from your task.
That will cause doubt, or increase fear/anxiety when you want to be as clear headed and physically under control as possible when you go face the lion's den.

That is a politician at his best. Self-serving but 'here to help' you. To "fight for you" which is why Jesus tells Peter to "put down his sword".
Peter was able to be saved though. Judas was not. Once Judas realized what the plan was he tried to save himself. Which is why the saying "those who try to save their life will lose it" comes into play.
When the SHTF and you try to save your lifestyle/comforts/position/possessions you will lose your life as Judas did.
Traded his true future for the comfort of a few dollars more which he figured would get him through the near future.
But it doesn't.
And this is how every government known to man has ended up destroying itself.

Like the Indian chief who lives near a creek with a small forest and hills that have provided food and other necessities for their way of life for generations and generations of his clan.
Awesome the Indian thinks. This government buying my land and relocating me to what seems like a more comfortable/softer situation is a good move. He can sell that creek with the promise of a new home next to fine seafood restaurants for him and his clan.
And they will give them welfare security for a few years that they can use to buy what their hearts desire.
The heart lies more than anything though because the heart thinks short term.
But then what about the next generation of that Indians clan?
The government can then sell the rights to the creek to a polluter upstream who wants access to whatever resources are up there.
They will become slaves to the government you sold out to.
Enslaved by debt, hard labor, prison, or drugs/alcohol.
And if they escape that then they fall to materialism or communism or nationalism or some other fanaticism.
If for some reason your clan in the future grows tired of living within the government and tries to go back to the creek.... there is no going back. Progress no matter if it is real progress or not cannot be halted once the damage is done.

Under every capital there is a dragon that must be fed because it gives you power. All the while you know that one day that dragon will grow so big and so strong that it will burst out from under the foundations and burn the entire government down taking a third of the people down with it. Because the dragon hoards all the gold and a third of us are going to want to hang on to our gold.
