There is a theory that as depravity rises in the men in a culture there is correctnessa natural rise in political correctness as a way to curb the depravity somehow.
Like how some cultures put burkas on their women because the streets are filled with rapists whose blood gets hot if they see exposed flesh.
Yeah burka culture is bad but if I had a daughter in those cultures I would be president of the burka factory.

Setting aside the fact that I don't think actors and athletes should be given medals, not a whisper from MLB or MLB Network about Mariano's big day.
All I see is a bunch of nasty, delusional blue check marks on twitter politicizing it.
If nothing else, it was a sincere and heartfelt ceremony with beautiful words from Mariano.
Why can't it just be that?
I'll need every ounce of God's grace at the end of my life because I hate these people with a passion.
Sincerely hope all these media companies and newspapers meet their inevitable demise sooner rather than later.

It's not exactly advanced technology. The Nazi V-1 was a cruise missile, so it's 70 year old technology.
But to answer your question, Iran gets most of their weapons from North Korea.

But buzz bombs couldn't pinpoint targets. No guidance systems except fuel depletion.
Surprised NK is that good considering launching missiles into the sea is not so difficult.
Whatever though. They sure did a number...and no defenses at all it looks by the Saudis. Could've been the palace.

Guidance is a piece of cake these days.
You can buy GPS guided drones for ~$200 on Amazon.
Put the "return home" feature in a cruise missile, and those guidance systems are more than good enough to hit an oil refinery.

Cruise missiles really can't be stopped if used against the right targets.
Sonar and ground radar arrays with multiple squadrons already deployed in order to intercept. Even then by the time it can be tracked the interceptors have seconds to take it down.

Hypersonics are where it's at. Even herder to intercept.

I never thought of the homeless as leeches and mongrels
used to know the ten or so living in Chatsworth by name and talked to them
they were sad souls w stories to tell
anymore they are drugged out beggars and well, mongrels
the unfortunate and crazy are still in those numbers but geezus
those ten or so have exploded to and easy 2k and they are scumbag pieces of shit
I have a childhood friend I still see and give work to that's homeless by choice
when I ask him questions about things like why these people are hoarding trash collecting freaks he says one thing
    meth

Not being homeless ( luckily), but definitely a mongrel, I see it much the same.
I've always felt that in the USA, this should not be an ongoing problem.

It's gotten to be a huge problem where I live.
Like Diablo's story, there used to be a few of them, and for the most part they were harmless.
There's a local homeless celebrity around here called "Weedo Frank". Was at a party in the 70s that got broken up by the police, and he was hit over the head with a baton. Guy was never right again, and has wandered the streets for 40 years. Everyone sort of knew him and he was a part of the community. Pretty much always stoned, but never really bothered anyone.

But now we have hundreds of people here, shitting on the beach, pissing on trees in the park right in front of kids, stealing everything that isn't bolted down. Almost all of them are on meth or heroin.
