Our lights out bullpen has been getting lit up lately

But it's all conjecture whether this FO would have done as well as Ned, or worse, or whatever...how can you measure these things? Crystal ball shit?
And whether some fans were stoked or whatever about Jones means nothing.
It's up to guys who get paid, like Ned, to know when to push a button, or to stay away...that's the job, isn't it? Ned made some monumental fuckups...and his signing of a useless ex-Giant Schmidt still ranks as one of the worse signings in modern bb history. Serious physical problems. Hurt the team immeasurably.
Lugo, Tomko, Hendrickson, etc., etc.

I was glad we were able to hold these guys down for the 1st 2 games. Can't win them all, have to lick the wounds and solve our road woes. Carrasco pitched today so we don't get their best pitcher but that doesn't stop us unfortunately!!!!!!!
