We are gonna win this division but holy shit. This team is so absent minded and defensively inept. The opposition is always taking the extra base on us, we botch routine plays, rotations, etc.

 

this team has looked like garbage since Game 1. if it weren't for pitching the Dodgers would be 1-4 instead of 4-1. it's time for the offense to wake up and they need to know it, so a 6 spot in the 1st inning is a much deserved slap to their sorry ass faces. i hope they feel beat already...that's just how shitty they should feel based on what they've been hitting like.

and Puig should feel like shit..not because of this pathetic team performance, but because he missed hearing his name called for the starting lineup in the intros..that could have been a great moment for him..eat shit and grow up.

This loss is whatever. It was the Giant's day.

But there are some real little league things getting exposed. The defense is horrid. Basic execution is horrid. Cut off plays, throwing to wrong bases, allowing opposing runners to run wherever they want...simple errors...

 

So the Giants have scored 25 of their 31 runs this year with 2 outs?

Wish we had a DH. So we can shove a defensive guru somewhere in our middle defensive alignment. Hanley/Dee/Kemp as our line of defense up the middle was my main concern going into the season. All 3 cost the Dodgers defensively today.

Ethier in the NLCS botching that flyball cost us a game.

Gotta make a bigger emphasis on defense.
