Someone needs to get a good secondary lead and take second base on all these pitches in the dirt

 

Such a weird year for him. Figured he would get off to a slow start after the surgery, then all he does in spring training is hit the shit out of the ball. Calendar turns over, the regular season begins and suddenly he can't hit for crap. Don't get what is going on with him. Whether he is just a bit behind and he was feasting on bad ST pitching, have they finally figured him out or is he still hurt?

 

My bet is on hurt. He's been too good with the Dodgers to be this crappy now.

When was it that he got spiked in the knee? He was on a roll to start the season and then it went downhill after/around the Giants/D'Backs series. I feel like it was around that time the spiking happened. Then in CO he was limping around a ton after the Rockies catcher stepped on him.

 

Of course, fucking squeeze him, don't call the check swing strike and then the guy hits a one handed off balanced HR.

 

Forgot about those. Thought he was still in recovery mode from that major knee surgery.
