Slavery is freedom.
wasn't he their choice for tossing the bouquet?
i thought he married a juan or pierre
isnt that when you toss the salad but then stick your nose in it.
China is the enemy.
Why is this a controversy in the US?
Fuck the traitors.
This quarantine is making everyone crazy.
Got yelled at by a old lady in my neighborhood for taking my dog for a walk.
I plan on going back late at night and letting him shit all over her yard.
was in costco today and was one of the 10% not wearing a mask and gloves, we see each other now
and a guy was pointing at my head and saying something i couldn't understand through his mask
so i stopped and did my best to pay attention to what he was saying fully thinking he was about to shame me for having my face out
turns out he was telling me my headphones were slipping off my shoulder and i thanked him and smiled, he may have smiled back i have no idea since he has a mask on
but on Sat i was at my gf's celebrating her 14 year olds bday w a total of 7 people and...a knock at the door
downstairs neighbor wanted to know how many people were there and if everything was alright
good thing i didn't answer that door
Do you guys remember the second " Invasion of the Body Snatchers"?
The last scene, when Donald Sutherland dimes out the human girl hiding around the grounds where he works?
That's what's coming soon for those who aren't wearing face masks....the alien scream giving up the non- wearers.
Don't fall asleep !!!
swear to god that exact thought crossed my mind today looking at people looking back at me
You guys are channeling my stream of consciousness...
The Seinfeld episode where Kramer refuses to wear the AIDS ribbon... I used to think that was ridiculous... this whole wear a mask/don't wear a mask thing is getting to that level.
It's fuckin manic, brothers.
not quite as manic as mom calling you to get a rabbit out of her room easter week but i feel ya, what planet am i on?
definitely didn't forget about that
I've always thought in terms of similar scenes from films or lines from books I've read that apply to what I/ we may be going through at any particular time...these days, as long time personal friends struggle daily to maintain breathing, and death is all around me here in this area ( it literally is), I' m thinking of a line from Dr. Zhivago, when Lara tells Zhivago, " oh, what a terrible time to be alive".
Tomorrow, may the Great Spirit grant it not be so.
It also strikes me that no matter how far we've come technologically and scientifically, we are reduced to the consciousness of the hunter- gatherers of early humans. Spending each day wary and fearful of a top predator and dangers all around. Everywhere. From every shadow and nook.
The survival mode utmost... of simply getting to the next day.
One main difference is, this predator is invisible and can't be killed by the hunt.
Ironically, fsudog's slight edit was to remove the dog!
