    this information is worthless... MLB wont allow any Cuban resident to get work permit, so they would need to still defect and establish home somewhere else... they simply wont let the Cuban Govment establish the rules for their players to go out and maybe keep most of the players salary...

    in other words, they wont allow MLB teams to give many, many, many millions to the Cuban Govment...

    I dont think so. They'll have so much attached there that it wont be that easy, or any easier than it is now.

    I doubt the U.S. Government will allow it either...........unless of course there is some monster tax kick back they can get their grubby hands on.
