You can understand his nerves dealing with that, you're barely getting your feet wet and just trying to get started and BAM they put you #3 in the big lights. He ended up playing bad and, who knows what happens if the coaches just do a courtesy talk with him beforehand and make sure he's fine or maybe ease him into the situation first... Watching these day games takes me back when baseball games would be put on the TV's in classrooms. I'm nervous as well, some early runs would really help allay my worst fears ESPECIALLY with Murphy back on the team.

I'm going to do my best to avoid any updates at all and watch the game late tonight but it's going to be a huge struggle. The positive is I can fast forward through all commercials and fast forward the little breaks inbetween pitches when I'm super nervous but it'll be weird. Phone is staying off because I have a couple of "friends" who love to ruin sports for me.
