Not my guy but I’ve dealt with some loss and the idea of his daughter being there destroys me. RIP to a legend.

I used to love talking to him about Lakers basketball, being fathers and husbands and how much we loved Italy. I will miss those conversations and him so much.
Tragic news. I’m not a very big basketball fan, but it’s hard not to get a little choked up. I have a coworker who has a 14-year-old daughter who played in a sports league with Kobe’s daughter... I can’t remember if he said their daughters knew each other, or just played in the same league. My coworker mentioned Kobe frequently taking a helicopter to his daughter’s sporting events.
