as bad as things gone the past couple days
it could have been worse...
Yeah, addition by subtraction.
He's hitting .256/ .310/ .459
Hitting way worse than Pollock and like just a little better, maybe, than Enrique
He may never survive Cleveland, man. That's messed up shit, on him and on them because ... well, because Puig. Wow.
Red Sox fans reveling in the fact that they fired Dave Dombrowski, just over 10 months after they literally won the World Series. Fuck Boston fans.
Yeah. Pretty vacant. Sox fans are not in the real world. These people still defend Teddy Kennedy ... so Dombrowski? He was never one of their tribe anyway.
I like almost every place I have been in this big country, with only two or three exceptions. And if I never go back to Boston, it's no great loss. Some love the place for the history (I sure do), and I know a couple of amazing people who live there and have standing offers to stay there in summer. But I have also known a shitload of Bostonians who are just terrible folks. It starts with the overt prejudice, and then gets more disgusting from there. I'm not exactly Mr. Subtle (no shit), but I feel like a leftist when I go there. And it's ironic, because most of them are Dems.
Same old song. Hope Puig enjoyed his time in Cincinnati, the Cleveland stay will be even shorter. IMO the Indians should suspend him. What a complete disgrace to the game.
It's finally apparent, finally something that shouldn't be unspoken...
Puig needs to be executed.
The message is about to come across in the strongest way this winter when his free agent market is shitty.
Dude is a bum. Knew he was a bum years ago. Makes Mondesi look like Clemente
Legit question. The Dodgers may clinch the division very soon. So do you lift off the gas and experiment with different lineups, especially the SP and BP rotation? Or do you go all out for HFA throughout the playoffs and possibly the WS.
Eff the Philthies, man ... big lead and now it's 6-5 them with Atlanta picking up steam.
Houston getting worked, but it's only the 4th inning. NYY & Det locked up at 11 in the 9th.
I think HFA for NL is a must but not throughout playoffs. Get guys healthy and experiment a bit for playoffs, especially the relievers
Whoa! Yelich's season is over. Season ending injury....
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder and reigning National League MVP Christian Yelich will miss the remainder of the season after fracturing his right knee cap in Tuesday's game against the Miami Marlins, the team announced.
Yelich will travel back to Milwaukee on Wednesday for further evaluation, general manager David Stearns said, according to Sophia Minnaert of FOX Sports Wisconsin.
Freaking Gnats. Their season in a nutshell.
Still rather have him the batters box than Cody.
In the outfield...not so much.
Tough break, no pun intended.
Got to admit ... if I was sympathetic to Milwaukee, I'd feel terrible for them. That city just can't get the Brewers over the hump.
Wow, tough break about Yelich. They have climbed their way back into Wild Card picture too. Wouldn't mind seeing these guys fall ass backwards into the WC game and pull it out against the Nats only to have us waiting for them. Yelich has been pretty much that entire team this year and they would be in rough shape for a series since their pitching isn't close to what it was last year. I think this is it for them, but stranger things have happened.
