I wouldn't trade for Love even if we ended up with the 9th pick. That's such a fucking stupid thing to do, especially in the deepest draft in years. His contract is also expiring, and he can leave us as easily as Dwight did. So, we're basically getting rid of a lotto pick for a Love rental. Just wait a year, honestly. What sounds better? Love/Kobe with only vets minimum to offer or Kobe/young talent/Love with much more money in 2015 with Nash off the books? Logic, people. We aren't winning shit next year, anyway.

I didn't endure this tanking season for nothing, I want that young talent no matter what. This draft is so deep that even the tenth pick can be a fucking stud. Besides, Love is not as great as advertised. He doesn't defend and in a league where one player can have so much impact, he really hasn't done shit, and his squad this year wasn't half bad. Love being the 3rd option on our team wouldn't surprise me, especially if our draft pick pans out.

How the shit did CLE get the #1 again? Didn't they have like a 1.3 percent chance of winning?

Sucks that we suck so fucking bad but we won't get a good player to draft. yay.

The way the lottery shaped up makes me even more annoyed with the monumentally retarded deal they gave Kobe. We have the 7th overall draft pick this year, wippty fucking do. We traded next years to the suns for Steve "will he ever go away" Nash, and we only have cap space for one really good player because they thought paying Kobe 3 jillion dollars was a good idea even though he's old and coming off major surgery.

I don't think the seventh pick is that sexy in terms of trade value.

Exactly. Imagine if Lebron came back? Irving, Lebron and the top pick? Pretty scary.

Adam Silver is a douchebag too.

How rigged is this shit? The odds of them winning 2 years in a row are astronomical. Lakers need to tank again next year. Trade this one for a lottery pick next year.

    Smart
    Lavine
    Gordon

Order of preference at the 7th pick. All have major upside.
