Not to but in...
but I cut sugar out of my diet entirely about 6 months ago.
I still eat carbs here and there, but I don't touch anything with refined sugar in it.
I wasn't in bad shape (blood chemistry or fatness) before, but since I feel like a completely different person: I need less sleep, I have more energy, my BP is lower, my ratio of good/bad cholesterol got better and my blood sugar is down. None of the blood chemistry things were awful before, but now they're all better than they were.
But the biggest benefit of all is that everything hurts way less. I had all kinds of joint pain: back, neck, knees, ankles that bothered me after any type of exercise (or getting up in the morning) and it's all completely gone for me. I guess sugar causes inflammation in some people, and I'm one of them. I literally feel 20 years younger based on a really simple diet change.

i have inflammation issues as well, cutting sugar was the best thing i could do to feel better.
as soon as i started eating it again little pains came back
now my neck and back hurt everyday
sugar is crack, its the first drug the arabs got the world hooked on
i was feeling like shit at work having to drink 3 coffees and a coke or two just to make it through the day
stopped putting sugar in my coffee and then i just had the one small coffee in the morning for my long ass drive and i was good for the rest of the day
eating sugar makes you want to eat more sugar and more sugar
you know whats a great little sweet snack that tastes like candy?
tamarind. not the mexican kind but the southeast asian kind
the mexican tamarind has very little sweet but the asian tamarind is like candy
and good for your colon

its not really how it goes, thats part of the propaganda... for us to swallow
they are fighting for a real cause
or as real to them as the cause for the US fighting the British
or how the indians attacked our american settlers ruthlessly
like we say that they fight for their 72 virgins they could say that we fought over tea
both are simplistic things to say that discount the motivation behind dying for your cause
we took over the west using the rally cry of manifest destiny in order to not have to think about the other aspects of why we were fighting
but saying its for god and country goes a long way towards getting everybody on the same page
but lets keep thinking they are cartoons and they will kick our asses
they are real people with real plausible reasons for their fighting spirit
just because they use a higher power as a rallying cry to unite them should not make you believe that it is what causes them to fight
