Joining the exciting world of home ownership at 34. God I wish I could go back in time and kick the drunk 20 year old version of me's ass. Could almost be mortgage free by now like a few of my friends. Lame, sensible, boring fucks.

When's the best time to plant a tree? 10 years ago. The 2nd best time? Today.

Don't beat yourself up, just make an effort to pay extra principle each month, it'll knock years off of your mortgage.
Another tip, if you can afford it, get a 15 or 20 year note rather than 30 years, you'll save major coin in interest

What neither political party will admit is what all American's, OK the whole world, know as truth

NEITHER Hillary nor Trump are fit to be our next President.

OK Rube go ahead and razz me from the cheap seats while you choose which over-moneyed candidate you want to do a grand disservice to America.

A psychotic raging bkitch with syphilis and personality disorder = OR = a psychotic raging racist and hatemonger with personality disorder.

Neither of whom could tell the truth if it was written on their monitor

Do you think Texas will try to secede from the Union again? I hear houses are cheap in Houston.

    I choose neither.
But if i had to i would go with the racist.
At least i know where he stands.
In fact take this as a rule of thumb for everyone and everything, not just racists.
The one who looks like a racist, sounds like a racist, walks like a racist... Probably much less of a racist than the closeted racist who gets 'offended' with anyone who isnt supra racially sensitive.

Yeah but then u have to live in houston.

Whoopsie a Iranian scientist that was giving secrets to the US was just executed
Must have been a short circuit that hillary happened to mention him in unsecured emails
I'm sure his wife and child (if they are still alive) are fine w it
Watching her lie on her lies after lies is remarkable
She can straight faced say over and over that the FBI said she was accurate, truthful and consistent in her actions
    Absolutely pathological

So true...in that interview, her saying that the FBI director exonnerated her from any lies in the email investigation was far more gobsmacking than anything Trump says stupidly. His faux pas are laughably his own mind's creation, but hers are a smack in the mouth to the American people and their intelligence.
When we all just witnessed the opposite about a month ago. Time after time, about one facet after another, all on TV. Testimony to a congressional committee.
I guess she figures that is far enough in the past so that our love for her would make us forget? Sadly, she is right to a degree that people just don't care about it. Look away...
This is what we will get consistently when she is potUS...in every way.

Giuliani says he would have prosecuted Hillary Clinton
by Nicki Rossoll | ABC News — 07 Aug 2016

Former federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani, now a Donald Trump campaign adviser, said he would have prosecuted Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton over her handling of classified information in emails as Secretary of State.

FBI Director James Comey did not recommend charges against Clinton for her handling of classified information and use of a private email server during her tenure at the state department, saying, "Although there is evidence of potential violations regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."

Giuliani strongly disagreed, saying he would have brought a case against Clinton.

"Many reasonable prosecutors have come to the conclusion that they would have brought such a case, I would have brought such a case. I would have won such a case," Giuliani, who is also a former New York City mayor, said on ABC's "This Week."

"I've prosecuted cases like that in my years at the Justice Department," Giuliani said. "Hillary Clinton skated because she's running for president, she clearly violated the law.

Guliani also hit Clinton for her attempt to explain recent comments she made about her use of a private email server as secretary of state, saying she “may have short-circuited” while making those comments.

"First of all she lied, she didn't 'short circuit,'" Giuliani said. “Maybe 'short circuit' is her euphemism for lying.”

The Trump adviser dismissed new ABC News/Washington Post poll numbers, showing Clinton leading Trump by 8 points. “Everyone should calm down about it,” he said. “There's certainly every opportunity for Trump to win this election.”

    Gonna drop this here.

Closing a thread that hasn't been posted on in very nearly a month so no one can post in it borders on the criminally stupid.

Wonder if Guiliani could win the Trump University case. He seems to be a superman these days. Saving cities and winning fictional cases. (fictional because there isn't an actual case being tried at this moment, so keep your pants on guys).
