    Muncy is hitting .282/.396/.600 against lefties this year.

    Enrique in his career against lefties: .255/.345/.484
    Taylor in 2017: .297/.351/.486

    Taylor and Enrique are both obviously way worse this year against lefties... but even if you want to give a benefit of the doubt and say maybe we're hoping that they act more like their career year numbers, it's still not as good as Muncy has hit against lefties this year.

    It's not just judgement (like last night's throw), it's not executing the fundamentals like backing up second properly on Machado's bad throw. If he backs up properly, the runner never attempts to go to third. Instead Puig has his thumb in his ass (homo) and doesn't react until the ball gets by Dozier.

    Please. The statute of limitations has run out for this knucklehead.

    ..without killing anybody. Should throw that in there. That's maybe the danger of asking Puig to pick it up defensively. A pop up to 2B may be the last thing Dozier ever sees if you ask for more out of Puig defensively. Or he fires a ball through the net and kills Larry King or Jason Bateman. I need a season 3 of Ozark. Bateman must live.


    Lol Definitely annoying to still be talking fundamentals, judgement, etc. when he's going on 28. Who's the OF coach that gets a kiss when Puig backs up an infielder? I bet Daniel Murphy was itching to be Dodger just so he could tell Puig to kill all the fanook play.

    Today Kersh will hit a PH HR to set up a Kenley save where Puig makes an unbelievable catch to end the game and all the fan faves will be worth celebrating again..for like half an hour.

    Sure hope so. Power has been disappointing this year, but is still a good bat to have late in games against a FB heavy RH reliever. Gonna have to move some folks around on the 40-man first.
