@Alden_Gonzalez: "The Los Angeles Rams are really good. This much is no longer debatable. They're 8-3 with a plus-123 point differential that stands as the second-highest mark in the NFL. They're ranked third on ESPN's Power Rankings despite ranking 27th when the season began. Their Super Bowl odds are 14-to-1 after opening at 100-to-1. Can we just hand Sean McVay the Coach of the Year trophy already?"
i like the rams they're good... much better than expected, but they're not great too many holes in that defense
9-3 Eagles at the Coliseum and then a possible Sunday Night Football flex against the Seahawks in Seattle. The latter could determine the NFC West Division.
After many years of ugly losses, I'll take an ugly win. Ram run defense will be tested again next week vs. Blount and Ajayi of Philly.
It's a shame that none of these games have cracked Sunday Night Football. That's the number 1 rated show every week and it'd be nice for this team to get some exposure. With Dallas and Oakland sneaking back into the playoff picture, there's no way they flex. Too bad. OCR: "Thanks to the Seattle Seahawks beating the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday night, the Rams suddenly find themselves in position to move into the second spot of the NFC playoff picture. It requires no help from anyone else, either. They just need to win their next game – against the Eagles – and they’ll claim , for now, possession of the second seed in the NFC, a bye through the first round of the playoffs and at least one home game thereafter."
That Eagles game looms large, especially with the Seahawks not going away. Damn....it’s become must see TV.
oh, is that all? why stop there? why not... just beat everybody from this point forward, forever? fucken ocr
Would put them in a great spot. Losing to SEA earlier in the year may turn out to be huge. If we lose up in SEA they'll likely tie the division up and hold the tie-breaker if we end up with the same record. 5 turnovers, overturned touchdown and a dropped TD pass.
Will be interesting to see the crowd tomorrow. Eagles fans took over the StubHub Center against the Chargers earlier thus season. The Rams haven't been a huge draw by any means, but haven't ever been outnumbered by the opposition. Cheapest ticket is 200 bucks tomorrow.
