Phew....thanks. Unable to watch tonight's game and saw he got pulled on gameday.....stomach flu>>>injury.
What a great game. Offense woke up, Maeda pitched well, and we got to rest our important bullpen pieces.
@Based God All these posts are from the same time in April, May, early June when he was playing horribly. Just paranoia and disappointment but I never thought he sucked. Kept waiting for him to come out of it. Like Doughty, I stuck with Turner. Although I did say he was horrible in one post on May 29th. Must've been a heated moment. Point is. He’s my guy and I’ve been consistent with my love for JT. Knew he would turn it around!!!
Guess I'm alone on this, but Stripling is a talented kid who easily can be as effective as others on the staff...three good pitches and changes eye level of hitters beautifully. A nice long man too. I hope he stays, probably wont though after a little while.
Perfect game today. Stress free cause of the offense, and Avilan+Stripling pitched great considering we needed them to go 3+ without getting into trouble to bring in reinforcements. Very very cool Idk how I feel about Stripling in the bullpen when I'd like to see him as a starter, but if he could be better then Chris Hatcher as a long man (that's a low bar) then that's pretty cool
Dave Roberts and starting catcher AJ Ellis say fuck your series win. It's game 3 of a series, you send out the most retarded lineup possible. It's a rule.
