    Maybe ship them Crawford and Beckett for CC? The salaries are about even and I have much more faith in Honeycutt than our hitting coaches.

    Most likely a pipedream, but I would get rid of Beckett to get rid of CC and Ethier. As good as Beckett has been, I think Sabathia could do well in the NL, especially the NL West.

    But this is a huge pipedream.

    Totally agree. No way they take all 3 of those shitty contracts. Beckett was thrown in there because he's been effective and has an expiring contract. Could entice someone.

    If we ever hope to dump Carl or Dre and not eat their entire contract we need to add in a Beckett or quality spec.

    I read somewhere that Crawford has a clause written in his contract that states he can never be traded to the Yankees. Some shit the red sox put in there so I don't see him getting shipped there ever.

    Bad news for the Rockies their stud third baseman (Arenado) broke his finger today while sliding head first into 2nd. Why do these guys risk injury sliding head first? Sliding is feet first is becoming extinct and that is sad.
