My friends went to the Giants (NY) parade this year. I want that so bad.

 

I was one of the cool people who predicted the team would be a contender.

 

The float making its way to a packed ravine....Randy Newman blasting with Kershaw slapping everyone's ass....Kemp spraying beer on the fans.....oh yes.

 

I have to say Gordon was the fucking man at the end. Upton was looking to destroy him and he took the hit and kept going. Loney's retrieval was great too.

May this be a lesson to Moreno. The Angels are trying to be something they are not. All Moreno cares about is trying to market his team as "LA" and "Powerhouse". That's not what made the Angels perennial playoff contenders for 7-8 years.

Moreno really needs to relax. He saw Albert Pujols as not just a good baseball player. He thought "Wow, I can steal thunder from the Dodgers". He has so much envy that he's been going a little overboard down there in Anaheim.
