The Dbacks have an opportunity to tighten up the Race in the NL West, and with a sweep they could inch within 13 games of the Blue...
...but seriously, we will win. So much winning. Fuck the Dbacks.
WTF Irish......Maeda and Ryu still get the buck tooth/fat ass treatment, and Darvish gets a pass?
Ryu and Maeda are contributing for heavens sake!
OR do you just have a thing for Happas with a Persian dimension?????
they're all winning with how they're currently shown
i'm not going to fuck with the mojo
I'll be there Tuesday and Thursday for sure. Debating on going Wednesday as well.
107 in this god forsaken town
The only thing preventing the Dodgers from winning is an off day.
I'll be there thursday
Excited for Darvish. You still in Tucson?
vrp will be watching to see how you bkitches fare
Who would scare you all more in round 1....Colorado or Arizona? Arizona has the better starters but playing at Coors is a nightmare.
tbh a 5 game series vs anyone scares me
we really have to take the first two at home
can't go to the other team's park even or (god forbid) down 0-2
things tend to balance out more over 7 games...
and imo that's been our downfall in nlcs's past
EVERYTHING scares me about the play-offs but with that being said I'll take the Rockies.
For once, the NLCS shapes up more favorably for us than the NLDS. Only NLCS loss where you can argue we were the favorite was the 2013 one vs the Cards and they still had homefield. Phillies/Cubs were simply better.
I love that pic of.........................
.................wait for it
is it tuesday yet?
Yes and yes
I'd rather face Arizona. Good memories of games in AZ.
My mind tells me that Arizona is the much tougher opponent but my heart tells me that I shouldn't fear a team that uses 52 year old Fernando Rodney as its closer
I think we are super gun-shy after nearly 30 years of Dodger disappointments in October. I'm not arrogant about our chances, but it's crystal clear to all the non-Dodger fans out there - the Dodgers are head & shoulders above the NL and measurably better than even Houston. Short series, long series, whatever. This is LA's year to win, and no excuses if they don't.
We are just brutal critics, jaded by past sadness. I won't swagger unless we raise that trophy. Until then, I'm keeping my mouth shut outside this board.
