Pretty sure he pitched Friday so there's no way he goes Tuesday on 3 days rest. Bolsinger can only pitch if someone goes on the DL (I think Tsao had soreness?). And then Zach Lee won't be available cause he pitched Saturday. Idk what they're gonna do, the 17 inning game fucked up a lot and Tuesday they might have to go with a bullpen game, especially if Monday CK can limit the bullpen usage. But we're probably looking at them calling up some random reliever for Tsao and/or Stripling, and then Tuesday going with whatever hits the fan
The Reds suck, and we need to win this series before going to face the Mets and Cubs or else were gonna be buried in a week
I don't take any series now, with this anemic lineup and SR and BP we have, as a pushover...at all. We always have a chance at a W with CK of course, but if it was that difficult to even grab just one victory from the Padres, logicallly, where do we stand with the Mets, Cubs, Nats and the Giants, who have gotten it very together? Of course, baseball is anything but logical, but numbers rule the game for sure, and ours aren't too great.
You just have to remember that even the worst team in baseball can win a series against the best team in baseball, we see it all the time. To me that concept used to mean we can't take anyone for granted, but now it gives me hope that we can win any series.
Saturday would be 4 days rest for him but with the weird situation for Tuesday have no idea what they're gonna do. Wouldn't push up CK one day cause it doesn't really skip anyone but maybe they would if they want to switch CK and Maeda to give Kenta an extra day? I'd still say CK goes Sunday though
