I love the guy and I defend most players but Kemp has got to get consideration. He's got to be smarter than that, the reward was so minimal for the risk he did. Out 17+ innings on some bullshit like that? I get playing hard, but no way do I want to see anyone important on the team risking games for outs especially when they aren even going to get the outs. I'd much rather give it to Capuano than Kemp. Kemp didn't cost us the game and we weren't going to win if he were in the game anyway. I'll boycott this thread until Capuano is given DOTD for the date of August 28th. I also don't agree that Kemp should be penalized for going balls out during a game (even though it was stupid); but at least someone on this sorry team is giving a shit.
