    Broken record here but the short off-season and miserable game 7 really makes it hard to get amped up for another 162. Hoping that feeling changes

    I wasn't alive in 1988, but I used to watch the VHS tape of that series on loop when I was younger. So Kirk Gibson is still a part of my childhood in a way. I didn't like how he treated the Dodgers since he left, but perhaps it's just as competitive nature. It's awesome to see him sharing in the fun for once.

    That said, I am sick of 1988. In 30 years I want to see a reunion of World Series teams featuring Kershaw, Turner, Seager, Kenley, Bellinger, etc

    By accident I had it on the dodger channel and got to see the whole opening ceremony with Gibson that was really great not gonna lie I got a little misty eyed glad to have him back
