I know one thing, they'd better get over it. They only prove why they're expendable with this sort of lack of mental fortitude. Wherever you play, you want your employer to feel like you're a pro and can handle things like trade rumors without nutting up. And many of these guys are free agents after the season..better get back to putting solid basketball on tape if they wanna get paid
Gotdamnit, Svi has been traded to DET for Reggie Bullock Thought Svi would survive Bullock can play, but damn
tough to see svi go, because we really never got to see what he may be, but Bullock is definitely what we need now. good trade.
Lol Jackasses on twitter blaming LeBron for the lack of chemistry with the team..as if this team was going anywhere special as constructed anyway. I can trash LeBron with the best of them at times, but blaming him for wanting AD is just flat out retarded. Jayson Tatum is more mature than everybody on the Lakers' roster, outside of LeBron/Chandler/Kuz. He's been dealing with AD rumors for more than a year
Lol 8th seed Clips traded boarderline all star Tobias Harris to the Sixers. Meanwhile, these broads on LAL are crying about being in trade rumors
It’s a good trade to get LBJ a shooter, and having Bullock’s bird rights in case they can get AD+someone else and go over the cap. Maybe this’ll stop Kuzma from shooting 3’s, please for the love of god.
Fletcher MackelVerified account@FletcherWDSU 39m39 minutes ago Source: Pelicans 50-50 on Anthony Davis, Lakers trade right now. Could truly go either way. Polarizing decision. Some love Lakers haul of players/picks. Others will chastise them for lack of patience. Same goes for waiting, especially if Boston offer isn’t as strong as expected. This is going to be bittersweet if it happens at this point. Not because I love the kids, but because I just don't want LAL to load up this shitstain of an org with assets. They need to lose AD in free agency the way OKC lost Durant. Sick of these small market teams failing to build around all-time talents and then walking out of these situations 6-7 years later with assets galore
I think the Laker's have been offering too much. It should be 2+2: (Any two of Ingram, Ball, Kuzma, Zubac) and two draft picks. If they don't take it, fuck 'em. Good luck negotiating with Boston and go get someone else in FA next summer.
That will be the future deal. Magic did a Trump. He gave the Pels everything they could have wanted. They still said no. Now it is clear that the collusion is against the Lakers. Yet again. And when the Pels come back to ask for that deal it will no longer be on the table. Lakers will be in the drivers seat and the Pels will have to take the Lakers deal as it will be the best deal for young prospects that they will get. I could see Magic making it even more of a hard stance by trading two of those young players in a move now. Ingram and Zubac can be traded and then all you will have is Kuzma and Ball as centerpieces plus the picks and Wagner, Hart, etc.. as filler.
Gotta get Danny Green and call Rashad McCants off the couch and have 4 UNC shooting guards and LeBron
Lakers Nation@LakersNation 42m42 minutes ago Teams reportedly are beginning to suspect the Lakers have a plan that involves Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving. Marc Stein of The New York Times explained there is a growing belief the Lakers’ plan is to trade for Davis and sign Irving: “There are some people around the league who watched the events of last week when Kyrie said what he said and have watched all month as Kyrie and LeBron have seemingly lobbed Valentine’s back and forth to each other about how much they miss each other. Now, there is a sense that what if the Lakers could Anthony Davis and Kyrie? And they’re the ones who steal Kyrie Irving away from the Celtics, and not the Knicks. … They’ve got to trade for Davis and sign Kyrie. There are people who believe that is the grand Laker plan.” Ya think?
