    Exactly.
I backed off of this lately due to the likelihood of Kyrie staying in Boston or going to NY to be with KD if KD goes there.

So ESPN is reporting that NO is going to sit AD until the trade deadline passes......i guess that is a plus for the Lakers cuz if they were not interested in trading him to LA there would be no need for that.....

Does that mean we’ve given up on trying to go for Leonard?

Nah, we just can't do anything about him now so we are just focused on Davis

Who would you rather have. AD, Lebron, and Leonard combo? Or Kyrie, Lebron and AD.

I guess if we trade away Zo for AD, PG would be a problem.

Lakers don't care for a traditional point guard. Not that Kyrie is that anyway. He is in size, but that's not his mindset.

Personally, I would prefer Kawhi. I don't trust Kyrie's knee and a smaller guard with knee stuff is asking for trouble long term. But I'm also not about to complain if they go for the Kyrie/AD package. A lot of people are buying the Knicks hype, but they still have Dolan at owner. They've done this cap space dance before and ended up with a meh Amare. I'll believe this Knicks' shit when I see it..same as Boston. They talk about signing FA superstars, but they never do. Never.

Kyrie's not a follower, was reportedly mad that people are assuming he'll just link up with Durant in NY or that Boston making a move for AD would keep him in Boston. He's gonna do what he wants to do. Type of guy that'd say fuck everybody and sign with the Clippers. You can't box him in, not on the court or off it. I think he'd definitely be open to a 1 + 1 type of contract that gives him leverage so no one is comfortable enough to take him for granted

I'd prefer Leonard over Kyrie because i believe him to be the younger player and duo of Davis and Leonard sound better in 4 years after LeBron is done.

If we get Davis, Klay the best option out of anybody though

There's not a team in NBA history that Klay couldn't fit on. He may go down as the most underrated star in league history. GSW would be out of there minds to not max him out, especially with Durant hitting the road

Pels supposedly interested in the Knicks' 1st rd pick.
I can't wait until Zion signs with Klutch sports and Rich Paul throws down the checkmate on those Pelican bums

They're likely going to try to park him for the rest of the season

Goooooooood, make it UGLY! Davis should just start wearing Laker gear and fuck Boston gear. Or just flatvout say if Lakers have to trade more than just 1 of 3 main prospects to tell NO to kick rocks cause he's coming anyways

Unleash pops Davis again on anybody that moves. Make it a PR nightmare for any non-LAL team with interest. AD is already reportedly focused on becoming a FA in 2020 if he doesn't land with LAL. Do whatever it takes, short of slipping at home and rupturing his achilles, to make himself untradable. Wanna play the troll game, NO? Let's play.

See, I think the problem with NO is that they have nothing to lose. And I don't mean " nothing to lose by waiting to trade him in the offseason "..what I mean is nothing to lose in general. They're a terrible org, in a trash free agent destination of a city, with inexperienced ownership. So maybe they just ultimately don't give a fuck what happens because they don't know what success looks like anyway. So if AD is able to push aside all suitors and walk as a free agent, they won't even know what they're missing.

Won't happen because Luke is Luke, but tonight's game VS Boston would basically be tryouts if I were HC
You give your all because you're getting paid to, or you don't and you don't play for the next 5-10 games
Getting ripped by the Celtics in Boston on TNT is unacceptable
