    They lost a half-game in the standings only because of an unfinished game SF had, could've been worse. The next 3, they go to Detroit, face Price and Porcello (no Verlander), while the Dodgers run out Greinke and Ryu against AZ. A chance to pick up a game or two.

    A well deserved loss for a "questionable first place team".
    Just too much to even comment on any further.....what's the sense anyway?
    Except this: if putting in Arrue as a PR after they kept AJ in and stopped him at 3b isn't an indication of Mattingly's slower than a dolt's brain synapse, then nothing is...a perfect example of a dullard's mind trying to catch up to the situation after it's already too late.
