    so happy and so much love in my heart
    tomorrow i take the love of my life to ucla and drop her off to her future
    she had full ride to usf and depaul but elected to do her gen ed locally and i respected that in fact i offered it as an option after listening to so may professional women tell me it was an extremely sane wtg
    she never really was able to get the driving thing and of course i filled in because that was more time to spend w her and that was never work
    i knew she was a home girl and tried to push her out the best i could but tbh i probably didn't push as hard as i should have
    just one of those times you have to accept everything will be ok
    rambling more than anything else because words can't describe how proud i am and how much i don't want to let go...

    Went to a thing called "Puptoberfest" yesterday, a fund raiser and shelter rescue thing...
    Hundreds of dogs ( or dags, for the Pikeys) everywhere...all kinds.
    I believe they knew that everyone there were animal lovers, and I didn't see one incident of dogs fighting...only heard a little barking all day, in fact, mostly done by a young crazy Weimaraner. It was like a canine hippie peace-in. 60's.
    42 dogs got adopted, too!
    It was fucking awesome.

    Fascinating and entertaining from beginning to end. Well done.
