Derozan + Whiteside+ Ingram/Simmons would be pretty solid tbh
Def enough to make the playoffs
It handicaps us financially but it assumes DLo and Ingram/Simmons can grow into stars

And if dlo and our pick reach their ceilings then Derozan would be a nice complement and whiteside would be a great big man

and then when the cap goes up derozan contract wont even be that bad

DeRozan is trash. One of the worst playoff FG percentages of all time and keeps on choking. 1-6 at the FT line tonight and can't shoot anywhere near 40% from the field. Even if he's the only option, I pass.

Gonna take a deep team to knock off these deep Warriors/Spurs teams, so I'm in favor of keeping everybody and adding to it.
Let Luke grow with the team.
Cause you know if LAL trades for George, signs Durant and Lebron that Phil's old ass is gonna be tryin to cherry pick a championship or two.
Ain nobody got time for Phil wantin to only coach on the weekends

lol, I hope so...PG abused him in round 1 on both ends and he's building a house with all these bricks so far in round 2.

Derozan shot a lot better this year in the reg season tho.
I'm skeptical of these playoff numbers, sample size, contract situations, etc. but it's definitely ugly.
He's nowhere near PG tho, and PG is doin this after snapping his leg.
I would sign Derozan and maybe try to mold him into this group's Iguodala, that's the only way
That would take some player development love tho because he can't defend nearly as well as Iggy right now.
But of course the athletic ability is there

 No way we give up Randle and Nance. No way.

And Lou might yet turn into a keeper.

Swaggy P on the other hand doesn't appear to be able to pull his head out of his ass with both hands. But like Fall intones who the hell would want him?

I'm good getting Paul George ... as an addition.

Not at all down for losing Randle and Nance.. way too steep a price.

Hahahaha, you are either overrating them or way undervaluing George

Neither lad. I appreciate Paul George, he's a real talent.

But you gotta give the kids a break too, they're both really young still and already good

George is a superstar. Randle nor Nance won't get to that level. The potential pick we'd get might but they won't. 23/7/4 and if his presence can attract someone like Durant, you do it if they are willing

"If they are willing" being the part that Larry Bird disagrees with??

I never hear athletes say "I give all thanks to God for tearing up my ACL and MCL and putting my career in jeopardy. And thanks God for helping me recover from the injury you gave me. Peace."

You may not like their beliefs, but you should at least respect them

I tend to respect what makes sense
    Belief systems rarely do
    So if someone spouts prattle
I intend to call them on it... whatever the topic

People are welcome to their own whacky belief systems
so long as they are not thrown in MY face

You inherently wouldn't thank someone for doing something bad to you. So even if you believe God giveth AND God taketh away (Job 1:21), you don't need to (nor should you) thank him for takething away. God was being a bkitch.

What if it's not about whether you like/dislike their beliefs, and simply that you don't respect them? I think that's the issue more often than not.
