CK's postseason stats: 1W 5 L 5.12 ERA, do those sound like the stats of an ace.
He is THE ace in the regular season. For some players the postseason is more than they can handle. Hoping it doesn't turn out that way for Kershaw

 

This 3rd title has officially rendered next season useless

 

Now I know why certain animals hibernate. It saves them from having to face a futile situation.

I think Dodger fans need to hibernate, but not sure whether its better to hibernate during the baseball season, or after it's over.

 

not even gonna argue about it. you say Kershaw's not a real ace..well, you deserve for him to go 10-10 next year with a 3.50 ERA. so fuckin disrespectful in defeat

 

let's hope next year's Dodger team has a bit more heart than that. this year's team didn't.

 

and guess what the Gnats' winning run came on? Brandon Belt moving the runner over to 3B and Morse picking up the runner with less than 2 outs.

THAT'S what you have to do. score when you should score. you get a runner to 3B with less than 2 outs..get him the fuck in. Dodgers were 18th in MLB at that.

Royals played a great game, honestly. Bumgarner and Pablo sold their soul to the devil or something like that. Just flat out ridiculous, Bumgarner just put himself in the Hall of Fame at 25.

 

Baseball has become nothing.

 

What it came on:
Pablo Sandoval hits a weakly hit grounder to the the grass, infante touches the grass and slips and throws falling down and he is safe.
Pence gets on, Belt flies out and Pablo's tagging up on a flyout to LEFT FIELD.
Then Morse on an 0-2 pitch.........................
Pitch high and inside jams him at 98+, he fights it off into right field. Bumgarner in and the rest is history.
On top of it Perez is hacking at everything while Bumgarner is throwing a million straight fastballs high and out of the zone on the last out
