No doubt about it, Bochy is a great manager. He knows the rule book inside and out. Was it Mattingly's first game managing ever when Bochy punked him for turning around and stepping on the mound twice? It seemed so petty and insignificant, but that just shows the big-headed prick is thinking about EVERYTHING he can. He has his players ready for situational hitting in the postseason. Fuck, he single-handedly convinced the league to change a 100-year-old rule so he could put a first-baseman behind the plate.
I mean, does it really matter? They're champs. I doubt they give a fuck what they're thought of as long since they have the trophy.

Yeah, but we're consistent! Seriously, the Giants are no more a dynasty than I am a jet pilot. You know as well as anyone they got every conceivable break in the playoffs and the WS. How many broken bat hits did they have fall in? A dozen? Any other team and most of those are weak ground outs, but for them they fall in and half the time advance or score runners. well, to be fair, you didn't call the SFaGs a dynasty..you only said the argument could be made that they're becoming one. this dynasty thing took on a life of it's own, but your overall point hit the bullseye. 3 titles in 5 years isn't luck. they know WTF they're doing over there.
