I have been taking some little green pepitas there are pumpkins in mexico that have seeds without shells those seeds are pepitas, they are tasty but i dont know if they help the same way more than likely they do hopefully
love pepitas not sure they help the same way i eat pumpkin seeds because of my prostrate (cancer) issues i believe raw pumpkin seeds are the best for you but i like them better roasted and salted
