one game win or lose tomorrow you've got three at wrigley i wouldn't worry... it does no good, trust me
Just my point that DBB has to give the whole IF a heads up, and we have no evidence that he did, obviously based on result.
A 2-0 start to this series could set up for a huge choke job one way or the other. I don't know if many outside of Cleveland would've considered losing the WS to the Cubs as a choke job, but after you grab a 2-0 lead, yeah that changes things.
He demonstrated situational ineptitude from the get-go, as evidenced by the turnaround return to the mound Bochy called him on. WGAF though, he's a different dickhead owners problem now.
I can't help it. Normally I'd feel better with Jake going. But you guys beat him up pretty good last week. I'm scared the Indians have looked that over and have a pretty good idea how to attack him. I just saw they moved up the game time because they're expecting rain, but I don't know if the cold weather will help or hurt either team. I think we really need to win this game or else we might be in trouble.
Wow. Heyward on the bench again even with a right hander starting for Cleveland. I understand its because he's slumping but I'm confused why he's on the roster if they're not going to use him.
Sal, ONLY 30K for a pair of seats by 3rd base, you goin? https://seatgeek.com/checkout?marke...eld-14+r:2&sl=&origin=site&fbp=true&sgp=12345
probably because they want (to try) and save face you guys handed him $178MM for eight years wouldn't look good to omit him from the roster not matter how poorly he's performed i'm more surprised you guys put that fat hack schwarber on it
It's comical how mercurial ESPN can be. First the Cubs will be destined to break the curse, and now after only 1 game, it's like the sky is falling against the Indians. They are like investment bankers, dealing on both sides of the table. http://www.espn.com/blog/chicago/cu...bs-search-for-winning-formula-against-indians
kike made $520K last year and we can dump him any time we choose heyward made $21.7MM and the cubs are stuck with him for eight years failure is failure but i like our deal better
would have had no problem if this guy wrote this last week but i like how he waits until after the cubs get blown out to write this curious to see what he'll say if the cubs come back and win the series
