    Our Verlander has to be Mike Stanton.
    No matter what happens tonight.
    We need to realize that it is not about bringing in nice players from our system anymore.
    It is about the 8 spots in the lineup.
    They need to maximize each of those.
    Is Verdugo really going to be that huge of an upgrade?
    His projections in the majors if he pans out seems like the production of a Reddick.
    We dont need more of those types.
    Those types can be found like Turner, Chris Taylor, Brandon Morrow, Rich Hill and even Josh Reddick himself.
    Dodgers do that regularly. Let them play that lottery with role players.
    But the Astros have horses, lots of young and in their prime horses.
    Even their old guys are still powerful dudes.
    They have tough outs at every spot in the lineup with the DH.
    We are not there.
    Dodgers are good and we can beat them but they are set up perfectly.
    Specially now that they have a two ace system with Verlander and Keuchel.

    We need to go get Stanton. Even if it means trading 2 for 1. Verdugo and some other prospects and Yasiel Puig.
    You gotta do it because it is an upgrade.
    And you hit him leadoff.
