    Great Third Man quote.
If only turmoil within the LA clubhouse produced a champion, a la the Billy Martin/Steinbrenner Yanks. But guys get moved these days for not being cool in the clubhouse...but as a reward for the kumbaya comraderie, I move, should the Dodger's plight in the post season march relentlessly on as usual, also known as losing, they get a trophy for participation.
    PC baby. PC.

Not me, im a fresh peach at the farmers market or your grocer's freezer. Either way i go down the same.
Sweet but a little grainy and sometimes you gotta deal with a bad pit.

Did you just describe yourself as a "fresh peach"?

I see nothing wrong with this entire proposal.
And it is exactly how it always goes down.
My first name is Charles. Well in Mexican.
I strive hard every day of my life to achieve as little as possible.
That is the key to a long fruitful life.
But thats because I like fruit you can taste, not fruit made of steel.

Finski. When I say YOU, it is not the personal you.
Like the others said, yes, i jumped on your post to pontificate on whatever I was thinking about while readin this thread.
Do not take the stuff said as "you" personally. Notice how after a few sentences that YOU turned into a WE.
That should clue you in on the context. It is pontification. It goes out for my own amusement. There is nothing to achieve. This is a sounding board. You are not targetted and there is no animosity towards you at all. In fact if I choose to reply to your post with a quick long ass burst of text in the middle of my busy workday you should take it as a compliment.
I only do it with posters who I believe have an opportunity/will to maybe want to try and follow along. I dont do it with everyone.
Look at the list of people who I talk with like this?
    Bluezoo, Diablo, Irish, Capn, etc...
    Its not very long.
If you are older and you talk about the topics people normally say you arent supposed to talk about in mixed company then I may jump in and have some fun.

    From Ken Gurnick's Q&A blog ...

What will the Dodgers do with Chris Taylor once Logan Forsythe and Justin Turner are back from the DL?
    -- @richardjr84

If Taylor continues his productivity, he could be rotated in to give extra rest to Turner at third base and Forsythe at second base. Turner has a history of knee injuries and now a second hamstring problem. Forsythe has had repeated foot issues and is coming back from a hamstring injury. When Turner's performance deserved more than part-time status, the Dodgers made him an everyday player. If Taylor is the next Turner, he'll play.

In Dodger reality-speak: Within three days of Forsythe and/or Turner being healthy, one of them or someone else will be on the DL for Taylor to spell. Book it, bitch.

So Finski, if you and I ever do not agree on something, and a response from me is forthcoming about you and how you feel about something, your convictions on any subject, your ability to think and arrive at a logical conclusion, your opinion as faulty and just wrong, your expression about what life has taught you as an individual as totally wrong and lacking common sense, etc.,etc.,.I won't mean you, even though I'm responding only to your post.
How could you not know that and take it personally?
    Just so you know...
    Lol.
Btw, I never realized that a peach cut that way looks very much like a vagina...

I'm a big Allman Brothers fan, and a TS Eliot fan, too. The Allmans "Eat a Peach" record is a reference to ... well ... how one cannot eat that fruit with any dignity, lest you get it all over your face. So, you can appreciate the earthy comparison. Ditto J. Alfred Prufrock's comment - "Do I dare to eat a peach?"

    Do we dare, indeed ...

The one in Baja or the one in Bolivia?
    Assalamualaykum to you too.
You know the thing about the word peace right?
    It means war.
Paz Paz Paz is the sound a rifle makes in spanish.
But that's just a funny joke.
Peace is war but war spelled with a V.
Victory through peace is a euphemism for war.
We could meet in the holy city of peace, but its too busy also being the biggest continual warzone in the history of mankind.
Gomorrah was pretty peaceful too. As in "free 'love', political correctness, and the liberty of no tyrant to rule them.
That is why the poet at large spit hot fire at them. He got lyrics and they aint got none.
If you step to him you gonna get burned. Then you just stand there stunned like a big pile of salt lick.
Ashes to ashes dust to dust, peace sells but im outta junk.

It seems there is lots you dont realize.
    There are vaginas everywhere.
They make the world go around.
That is why the sun never sets.
Its all in your perspective view.
If you dont want the sun to go down on you
Dont believe that the sun goes up and down.
Or else whatcha gonna do brother when the 360 degree pythons and Sunnah mania runs wild on you!
