    It was when he played for Oakland. He came up and they fucking booed him. I was so pissed! I was embarrassed and disappointed at the same time!
    IMO, that was just a disgrace. Nomar never shit on this team, he left because we made him, he was old and often injured. Why the fuck boo him? He was our best player for a year. Dodger fans are assholes in so many ways...but they do show up and make noise.

    I noticed that about 1981 ish.
    Sometime in the early 80's(I want to say 82 or 83) I was there when a mob of drunk mexicans some how uprooted a telephone booth and tried to get it into the seating area on the reserve level. It was like a mini-riot up there. That day it was safer in the LF Pavilion. I don't know why or what caused it though, but they got it stuck in the runway to the seats when security started busting them up. Fernando starts used to be pretty crazy sometimes.

    Game kept on going like nothing happened.

    That sounds insane. But yeah, have alot of Mexican friends that are sorta dodger fans and they say the stupidest shit. One dude wanted us to bench Manny in 09' because Pierre was hitting well. Now he's the bat boy for the dodgers opponents when the team doesn't have a bat boy available. Fuck that guy.
