The "not being able to hit with RISP" myth is being prolonged due to the fact that we have 4 good hitters and 4 guys below replacement level scattered among the lineup, so guys are getting on base, then guys who are hitting .100 are not getting hits. It's not not hitting with RISP for Kemp, Cruz, Sellers, etc, it's not hitting at all.
Kemp just needs more time...the shoulder injury/surgery will fuck a swing up. His sucking "linear" coincides with his injuries. Don should move him down in the order so we can get AGon and Ethier more ABs while Kemp and Cruz get through their collective shittiness.
If you say, 'we are leaving RISP because' then we are leaving RISP. Simple as that. You can argue we'll do it well one day. But to say leaving RISP is just a myth and it's not happening, then idk

Good possibility. Some things must happen, of course. Mainly have to beat SF and AZ this season more than we lose. If we can do that, I think we'll be in good shape. There are a bunch of supplemental things that must happen that would lead to that, but that's the bottom line. 7 weeks into the season would be a good barometer of where we are at.
