There were many things I enjoyed about last nights game. #1, the fact that "boochy" pulled his best pitcher jn a game he could've finished and the bp lost it. #2, the way this team responded to that same sorry ass gnat bullpen......they must have been thinking about slapping them around which they did. #3, that LA is now 6 games ahead, and their record vs the gnats this year is even. I'll be watching the game again tonight, with many cold beverages waiting to be consumed.
just watching the 9th again for the umpteenth time amazing to me how many times giants relievers missed location twice to turner (including the pitch he singled on) and certainly left a hanger for adrian idiots, serves them right for being so smug bochy is one of the few giants i don't dislike but he really fucked up by pulling that neck madbum
When asked about pulling Bumgarner, Bochy said "We talk, I'll leave it at that" I get the feeling that Bochy doesn't like Bumgarner's act, and this may have been a disciplinary act. I don't know if that's the time to put your foot down or not, but the team doesn't seem to be questioning it. Being a douche always catches up with you.
He's not likely to be claimed so it's not over for him here but who knows maybe the Indians claim him?
