    We won a game where we gave up 4 home runs.

    We won a game where we gave up 14 hits.

    We won a game started by Capuano.

    We won a game where we only had 2 hits.

    Probably should have lost all of those games yet we continue to find ways to win. It's good to be a Dodgers fan right now. I know the real test is this week but I've seen enough to know that we have a chance and I haven't had that feeling in a long time.

    Yeah, pretty fucked up series. We probably didn't deserve to win four games, but we also didn't deserve Mark Hendrickson so it all evens out.

    I totally agree except for the Capuano dig because he has had many starts this season where he has not given up a single run.

    I looked it up, check this shit out! He actually is 2nd the Dodgers in starts while allowing 0 Earned runs!

    Starts with ZERO Earned runs allowed in 2013:
    Kershaw=6
    Capuano=5
    Grenke=4
    Ryu=1
    Fife=1
    Nolasco=0 (FLA & LAD)

    There was two starts where he gave up only 1 ER.
    There is one start allowing 3 ER.
    Then the hammer falls when he's allowed 5 ER in six of his starts.
    I would assume that stat is a little skewed because he rarely goes past 6 innings, but the only guy in that staff that has is Kershaw and maybe Greinke.

    So he's either really good or really bad. When he's good, which is more often than not, we should win.

    Edit: removed 2 games he didn't start and was in the pen. 2 games he was in relief role. 0 runs, I didn't count those.

    It'll be interesting to see Cap and FedEx work against the Rays this weekend.

    As long as Cap keeps us in the game, that's all I can really ask for.

    I know. I just needed something to say about game 3. In all honesty, Cap pitched great and deserved the win.

    Good stat, although that year was a 5 game sweep but still fun to think about.
