I'm still trippin over the fact that Gordon is our best hitter right now.

agreed. trade both Ethier's AND Crawford's asses.

between Dee, Joc, Puig, SVS, and Kemp the outfield can be covered.

i know it's early, but if they're sucking balls now what are they gonna look like when they're a year older next year?

Being the eternal optimist as usual (otherwise, I would think that losing 9 of the last 11 to Sfags was probably a negative thing), I do find the silver lining (playbook?) in this additional Dodger roll over...and that was Maholm, who got lucky at times, but overall gave up just the one run. Seemed to have a bit of control prolems, but can definitely induce the DP. So, very positive...
I'm still wondering why DBB went with the huge game losing IW to Pence...was he listening to Vinny's silly stats about Sandoval not hitting at night or some shit? Wasn't Sandoval the MVP of the WS in 2012 at night?
Or what was it? Pence was batting .600 against Howell? Couldn't have been the R/L thing as usual, since Pablo, looking smellier than ever before, is a switch hitter.
    We just wanna understand Donnie.
Also, just when you think that your hatred level for something (everything SF Giants) can be at it's peak, I got a steep increase last night...when Hanley got hit, and the replays showed it over and over, the crowd was smiling from ear to ear. I wished I could have walked through that crowd, and smacked the smile off of each and every scumbag enjoying it and wipe it right off their ejaculate covered faces; because that's just the kind of guy I am...oh, and that includes the women and children, too.
    Yeah.

Why is Dee as an outfielder still being discussed?

Did he play well at that position in the off season or something?

We played poorly after both brawls with AZ and SD.

When we played the Tigers, the D announcers said "the Tigers are, of course, at a disadvantage, not being able to use their DH spot with another hitter and can't play their normal game". And I thought that sounded like the height of douchebaggery, all AL faggotty...poor Tigers. They were "forced" to play real basball! Horrors!
But playing absolute minimum chance really of a hit from the 8/9 spot, and Ethier in Ghost World with Carl, it's kinda like going out there with about 5 hitters every game.
It does cut down on the run production a bit; yeah, a bit.
After all, when we completed the AZ series, who have the worst pitching in the cosmos, and we feasted, we were known immediately after as "the very powerful Dodger lineup"...so I wonder what we are now. I mean if we still are those guys, then SFags pitching must be great top to bottom. And if we aren't, and it was just AZ suckitude, then will the real lineup please stand up?
I predict an incident during the next AZ series...a bean ball war (we should have had one last night maybe), a scuffle, a donnybrook...whatever.
And IDK how the rotation works for the upcoming CO series, but I hope we are hitting like the "powerful Dodger lineup" again by then.
