  2. Front line starter (degrom, thor, et al)

Essentially he has a split in his nail.
Something he said was not a problem for him to pitch with and nothing related to his old issues.

Phew! I'm glad it wasn't neurofibromatosis, which is what I thought he had.
Lucky...as long as he can chat with others in the dugout...communication is so important.

Yu mean if either of them got to pitch a 2nd World Series game instead of....

We still would've only scored 1 run.

I was thinking more like if Hill goes deeper into game 2, maybe we don’t have Fields and McCarthy pitching in extra innings, and the series never goes 7.

McCarthy never should have been on that roster

Should the Dodgers take a flyer on Matt Harvey? Would be cheap, and we would still stay under $197M.

    Just a thought.

I'd rather LAD agree to take Chris Tillman back in a Manny deal and for them to try to fix Tillman than to have Harvey bumming around the club
Tillman a fella from OC, maybe some home cooking would get him back on the right track
He's fallen hard the last couple years, similar to Harvey

Kershaw to the DL with left bicep tendinitis... um that’s bad, that’s really bad.

Will there ever be a more irrelevant hall of fame career than Clayton Kershaw? He has to be the most tragic Dodger in history from a baseball perspective. His legacy as a failure, as well as this current team's window to win a WS, died when he blew that lead in Houston.

I know it sucks to hear it over and over again. But when a season like this happens, how can you not dwell and agonize over what happened?

Had 5 consecutive playoff runs during his prime with a good to great team and he had one embarrassing blow up in basically every year. He did have amazing games each year but man.

It sucks that his injuries have all happened so young to him though. Went from a possible lengthy hall of fame career reaching milestones to more of a “peak” type case

    This all is awful

So you think he will be traded?

It’s looking more and more likely that he won’t be in a position to opt out.

I can’t shake the feeling that years from now Kershaw is going to emerge out of obscurity at age 38, and lead some random team to a WS title.

While we are still waiting for our first since ‘88.
