    There's the video on Deadspin if you can stomach watching it. Many NASCAR people/sources believed it was semi-intentional at the very least because of the way Stewart's back end of the car spun out towards the driver.

    Not that it makes a difference but it was dirt track racing and spinning out like that is common. Tragic accident, and I'm sure there was zero intent on Stewart's part. Every story I saw said the victim walked out on the racing surface...which actually puts him at fault. Sad day all the way around though.

    Wow, that is crazy. Wish him a peaceful transition into the next phase. I also hope Tony can cope with what happened because that had to be devastating. Much love to both.

    That video gave me the bumps. Wow. I agree tho, dude needs to stay off the track. Cars going that fast at night is not a good combination. I also read somewhere that Stewart sat in his car for like 45 min after it happened with no emotion. Didn't respond to anyone, just sat there. Very sad the kid lost his life over a meaningless race.

    The fact that someone died is tragic. At the same time, what Kevin Ward Jr did was extremely stupid - he wasn't just walking on a racetrack, he was charging a sprint car as it drove around the corner of a dirt track.

    The irony of the situation is where Ward learned that it's ok to be a jackass running around on a racetrack...
