Kanye called out as a narcissistic egomaniac...the surprise... as if we didn't all know that already ...and still he gains airtime because he incites...

Some of what he says is true, it's much harder to shut someone up when they have coin

So stop buying his stupid $100 T shirts that he claims not to know about.. the dude is a tool obsessed with drinking his own kool-aid

 

I loved Kanyes music when he was a nobody/up and comer, now that he's made it in this world he's become a complete douchebag. Plain and simple. I haven't bought an album of his since graduation other than his collabo with jay-z.

Who cares of Kanye is a dick. His music is better than anyone else's so ... whatever. Could do without his 20 minute rants in his concerts though

 

He certainly thinks that he has something to say...

and he clearly understands the value of coin so he's openly delighted to grovel at any social media font available to fan the King Kanye flames...

and, as far as media whores go, he's actually rather effective at getting his rant d'jour heard by mass quantities of ears...

thus making a difference in the world around his dizzy self view

I, for one, am proud to say that if you put Kanye West in a police lineup consisting of 3 people, two of which were white, I'm not 100% sure I could identify him positively. That pretty much sums up my knowledge/respect of the subject.

Work sucks. My company is pulling up every financial dollar they can to squeeze in before Saturday noon, the end of the fiscal quarter. Since my area of the plant is the most profitable, this means twelve hour shifts overlapping the previous shift, even though added manpower does NOT equal added product. This is the classic "throw resources at it and it will improve" mentality. This is most ig'nant (yes, I said "ig'nant") management position I have ever seen, and I've seen a few. They are using up to 9 employees to do the work of 5, sometimes 6 while knowing full well that the equipment speed is the determining factor in the line rate, NOT the number of operators. Machine "A" runs a 58 second cycle, whether you throw 5 people in the cell or 100 people in the cell, the output ain't gonna change. I've spent over 30 years in manufacturing and this is far and away the least brilliant plan I have ever fucking seen. I just worked a twelve hour shift from 2:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Tomorrow (Saturday) I've been asked to report at 1:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. (just 10 hours...on 10 hours rest). Very soon, I am going to try to go to sleep (if the beer does it's job) and I hope that when I wake up this will all have been a bad dream. I should be so fucking lucky.

 

Lad you are clearly trying to apply logic to to a liberal arts major... you know better than that.

Besides you're being assigned extra hours so that HR can better keep track of your every movement, soon you will be doing 8 hours on and 8 off to totally throw off your body cycles and then when night turns into day on the wrong cycles for you they will switch to 6 hours on a n6 hours off so you work two shifts a day and never quite get enough time for sleep until then you're working 4 hours on and 4 hours off. You stop leaving work, preferring to drink coffee in your car and mumble to yourself as you forget if you're coming or going. Once they have you programmed to this level they will shift you into 'Workshift Units, Reportably Maneuverable ' or WURM's to your superiors, Each WURM then does 2 hours on and 2 hours off completing highly detailed process logs and inspection reports taken on units at the 5th ,10th, 15th and 20th factors of Pi, written in Cyrillic and Mandarin for the customers, and if you are still living when your eyes fry out you will be able to hear that the newest product is eyes that are fried out and the only way to jump off of the roller coaster is to ... find... the damned roller coaster. But it keeps on spinning faster and faster as your sleep cycles merge and the beer no longer resembles anything hoppy enough so you resort to whiskey for breakfast again only to learn that it makes the corn flakes soggy far faster than milk does and you wonder why nobody else puts that on the label of the cereal box... or the whiskey.

And then you awake with a start and realize that you were finally sleeping... except that it was at your desk and you've now missed at least two rounds of hourly inspection reports of the machine readings which somehow are now running at 54 second cycles and the parts are coming out poorly formed and you wonder who changed it while you slept only to recall that your hand was resting on the foot per second dial and now you've just ruined $274,590 worth of parts. On camera.

And your wife is no longer wearing her wedding ring...
