Technically, Hitler wanted it done, but didn't want to be implicated directly to it, so he didn't want to know the details.

It was at the Wannsee Conference, organized by Adolf Eichmann, under orders from Reinhard Heydrich, where the details and methods and cover up were established.

Later, Heydrich was assasinated in Czechlosovakia, and Eichmann took over....ever the efficient and duty bound German officer.

Eichmann tried to have all records of the conference destroyed, but one copy of the transcript of the meeting survived. Many of those bastards surivived the war and even thrived....without prosecution.

 

BTW, my theory about what is going on in Westworld.

William is the MIB in the past, when he first came to Westworld. Note the logo is different whenhe arrives than the more modern Westworld logo. Also, the host that greets him is also the same host that gets shot by Teddy in a flashback, as well as, the host that kills Teddy in front of the MIB. As the MIB says, Ford cant get rid of a pretty face.

We know that William essentially falls in love with the host Delores in the past....he knows she's different....sentient. But Logan almost kills her, and my guess is that, William goes off to find her when she escapes. Ford, having been against Arnold making the hosts sentient, decides that he needs to "clean up" the old Westworld, and sets in motion an attempt to get rid of Arnolds hosts and Arnold himself and start over.

Ford uses the perfect vehicle, Dolores, to kill Arnold, Delores then shoots herself, and William goes ape shit and kills all the first generation hosts, amd maybe, even some of the firsf researchers.

William though now is in charge of a massive fortune having made Logan his bitch and marrying Logan's sister, so Ford and William....now wearing the black hat, have a mutual understanding. William saves Westworld from ruin, and in exchange the MIB....William in latter years...gets "anything he wants in the park."

What William/MIB wants is the old Delores that remember him and fell in love witn him. But he can only do that if he finds the end of the Maze....the path that will release all those memories and frees Delores for good for him to take her back.

My guess is that in the "30 years" William/MIB has been going back to the park...he's been trying to find the secret of getting Delores back....and now he's close. He knows what the deeper game is.

The visions Delores sees are flashbacks to her first meeting with William, and some of the other encounters she's had with MIB. The visions she had of a gun in her chest drawer, and in the barn, are places MIB placed guns in the past to help her fight off ghe bandits that kill her father.

Eventually, a memory sticks, and she finds a gun in the barn (where MIB drags her into before closing the door in episode 1) and shoots the host trying to rape her. Maybe the MIB didnt rape her in episode 1 but just planted a gun and told her to "remember". Perhaps the picture of MIB's fiancee was placed in Abernathy's ranch during one of those past vIsits...the one the original Abernathy father finds that sets things off.

Meanwhile, the old Arnold may have secretly placed a code in his original hosts whereby a simple phrase like "Violent delights lead to violent ends" wakes up some latent code that not even Ford knows about...Ford even admits that to Bernard when he said Arnold always had some tricky and special coding tricks that even Ford had to pick up.

Note...Delores, Maeves...pretty much all the original hosts go bonkers when that phrase is spoken. You even see Bernard whispering something to orginal Abernathy before he is put in storage. Original Arnold knew something was going to happen to him...and he built a fail safe.

Delores going back to retrace her steps happens when she hears that phrase....now she might remember everything....which is a problem for Ford since he basically got Arnold killed....and a few other people.

Teddy was made to be a loser after he was designated to kill everything in the old Westworld. The Wyatt story was a way for Ford to make sure Teddy did not remember what realky happened.....that probably he and Delores were tasked to kill the old Arnold hosts and Arnold.

Anyway...there's more, but just a theory.

ugh i just came home and an inner gate malfunctioned on the property and the rott got out and ran around the house to find my moms caregiver having a smoke
he bit her on the arm and truly barely scratched her but depending on what she does i may lose my dog
i don't even care if she goes to sue us but i don't want to lose my dog
the dog has his shots and the lady is at urgent care getting tetanus and antibiotic shots as i write this
i just know it can go sideways in an instant

appreciate the thought but as beautiful, loyal and amazing an animal as he is he's not sociable and if he had to leave i think he might die
he's just got an inner circle thats his tribe and everyone else is an outsider

Totally get the dog's world as it is, and his behavior is just canine for 150,000 years.
I would straight out offer the caregiver money...no bullshit. However you need to.
Just give her money, thanks, and assurances that it won't happen again. Tell her whatever she needs to hear.
