I was really hoping I could get a weekend away from this, sort of a baseball sabbatical to just try and forget about this, but playing the Mets makes that impossible. This sucks.
good thing the NL is meh and there's 2 wildcards dont even worry about this division yet. giants made up 8 or 9 games. we could too once we're actually healthy. we still play the dbacks and giants a ton im definitely hating this though
i know i freaking hate it obviously miss kemp and dre and ellis, but we still need a trade. the guys out there suck though
Being in second place feels awful. They were in first place for nearly 3 months. I sort of got used to the Dodgers being in first place. The Giants of all teams take over the penthouse while the Dodgers move down a floor. April and May seem so long ago. June has been anything but fun.
This definitely sucks, but everyone will be back after the ASB. Just have to get through these two weeks. Dre is day-to-day, Ellis will come back next week, and Kemp will be back after the break. Make a trade or two and let's dominate this pussy ass league.
So does the 1st place get locked up while we're here? Maybe we should create 3rd, 4th, and 5ths to chronicle our feelings accordingly. Then we can put it in a time capsule for our grandsons and daughters to uncover.
Remain one game back. If we can keep it in this territory until the ASB, we could be in good shape since we'll have Dre and Kemp back
